Donna Conwell

Overview

Dr. Donna Conwell is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology at Newtown Therapy and Wellness Center. She earned her PsyD from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (2014). She also holds an MCAT in Creative Arts in Therapy with a specialization in Dance/Movement and nonverbal communication from Hahnemann University (now Drexel University) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1991).

Dr. Conwell completed an APPIC accredited Predoctoral Internship at Life Counseling, Rehab After Work, and Rehab After School programs in Exton, Pennsylvania where she worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Additionally, Dr. Conwell held Predoctoral practicum APPIC and APA placements at Springfield Psychological Center and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia within the ADHD Clinic. Dr. Conwell has over 20 years of both clinical and administrative experience including multiple supervisory positions at various community based and private mental health settings throughout the Philadelphia and suburban areas.
